At Persian Gulf Apparel, we strive to deliver high-quality, uniquely designed products that are aligned with a sustainable approach. Each item is made on demand to reduce waste, so our return policy reflects the nature of our production process.
Returns & Exchanges
1. Custom-Made, No Returns or Exchanges
As our products are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged. We kindly ask you to double-check your order details, including sizes and shipping information, before completing your purchase.
Please refer to the detailed size guides provided for each item before placing your order to ensure the perfect fit and avoid sizing issues, as returns for incorrect sizing are not accepted.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us at info@persiangulfapparel.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief explanation, and we’ll resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
3. Incorrect Shipping Address
If an incorrect shipping address was provided, the package will be returned to our fulfilment center. You will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the order.
4. Unclaimed Packages
Unclaimed packages will be returned to the fulfilment center. Reshipping fees will apply for sending the order again.
5. Refunds
Refunds are issued only for defective or damaged items. Refunds are not available for incorrect sizing or buyer’s remorse. To avoid sizing issues, please refer to the detailed sizing chart provided for each product.
